The Conference consists of a few generous people who volunteer their time and efforts to care for the poor and needy of the Albury region. On Saturday, in honour of St Vincent whose feast is the 27th September, some parishioners slept out. It was a fundraising venture borne out of compassion of the homeless to assist the poor. Cardboard was provided and sixteen hearty souls braved the cool night. It was 3 degrees at 2 AM. The generous work of Lee, George, Liz and John provided a heart cooked breaky for the sleepers!
