At times the pressures of life, the expectations of others and the worries about tomorrow can all be too much and we feel overwhelmed and depressed. A sense of hopelessness or futility can ebb like a fog into our mindset and dampen our zest for life in our soul.
At those times we are tempted to become self absorbed and pull away from others looking to blame them by casting mental aspersions on their misgivings or supposed faults. Some in their self-pity can even become overly simplistic in their perception which can warp their appreciation of actual reality.
At this time, a real dose of WHO I am and WHAT I have, needs to be ministered, by someone who is in touch with reality and the big picture of God’s plan for me.
